Serving as substantial packets of data (75 MB each), blobs temporarily house transaction data, allowing it to be verified and subsequently deleted, thus alleviating state bloat and enhancing network efficiency.

In addition, the blob ecosystem operates on an independent blob gas market, introducing "blob gas" exclusively for transactions involving blobs.
